People come to counselling for many different reasons, and your reasons for coming to see me will be personal to you. By coming to see me, I will offer you a safe and confidential environment, where you can identify, shed light upon and deal with your reasons for coming to counselling. Together we can look at alternative ways of managing these thoughts, feelings and emotions, leading to greater self-knowledge and understanding of relationships not just with others, but importantly with yourself.
Coming to counselling will be a rewarding and life changing experience.
You do not have to struggle alone, I am here to help and support you.
Take that first step and call or email me.
Every relationship is unique, because you and your partner are unique, and your relationship with your partner will be one of the closest relationships you will have formed, but when problems occur within such an important relationship, the emotional, mental, physical and for many, spiritual distress experienced can become unbearable and isolating.
Whether you are in a new relationship, an established relationship, or perhaps your relationship is coming to an end, counselling can be very beneficial and supportive. By coming to see me, I will give you both the space to be able to explore your relationship. As your counsellor I am in the unique position of having no preconceived ideas of who you are as a couple, or how you should or should not be handling your relationship. But what I can offer you both is a non-judgemental and safe space, where I will work with you both to find within yourselves the changes and resolutions you want for your relationship. Whether that is staying together or supporting you both to negotiate the end of your relationship, I will work with you both to explore what it is your relationship needs.
There may be many reasons why you are thinking about entering therapy, and particularly therapy online or by telephone. Difficulties with mobility, travelling or the pressures of work and family life can make it difficult to be able to commit to face to face counselling. This is where online and telephone counselling with myself can make it convenient and accessible for you to access counselling, but without perhaps leaving the comfort of your home.
Telephone counselling for individuals only.
